Shipping

In-Stock pieces ships within 3-5 days of order. For pieces that are made-to-order please allow 3-4 weeks to be handmade and shipped.

Just Studio is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. For shipping within the country some options available are JNE Delivery, GoSend or Grab Delivery, shipping costs are not included. 

For international shipping is available, please contact info@juststudio.id to arrange and receive estimated pricing for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Before purchasing please make sure you choose the correct ring size, please refer to our Ring Size Guide. We do not accept returns or exchanges for ring orders as each ring is custom sized to the wearer.

Only full priced items are accepted for returns & exchanges, we do not accept damaged items or refunds.

You can request a return/exchange within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in undamaged state and returned in its complete original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping fees for returns & exchanges. 

Before making any returns or exchanges please contact info@juststudio.id or direct message us via instagram @juststudio.jewelry to confirm the exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
